Pride Month celebrates our LGBTQ+ coworkers at work, but also allows us to do tangible things to advocate and support them throughout the year. Many organizations recognize that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), are directly linked to health and well-being. Many E&Fs have also seen an increase in donations. In general, many E&Fs in Canada have seen an improvement in their health over the past few years. This is a positive outcome given their increased philanthropic efforts and important contributions to the wellbeing of Canadians.
