Simpson Group, a Canadian corporation, was established in Alberta during the first part of 1993. Jeff Simpson began the process of creating a company that focuses exclusively on health insurance. There were very few innovators in this field, which was evident from the beginning. In the years that followed, a niche market emerged. It intertwined the early group insurance and the expatriate, foreign visitor and travel insurance markets. Simpson Group Insurance Services Inc was incorporated in September 1996. We have seen steady growth in the Excess Medical & Specialized Products side of our business since then. This has been achieved through client referrals as well as by promoting our services to an expanding network of travel agents and insurance brokers. We have built strong relationships with clients and developed an open, honest approach to employee benefits. Our goal is to provide timely, result-oriented services. We work today with more than 20 insurance companies in Canada, USA, and internationally. As well as working with individuals and large organizations, we also support a network that includes over 150 travel agents, insurance consultants and travel agents. Our services are used by more than 5,000 people annually. We continue to be unique because of our expertise.
