Zinc Ventures is responsible for the management and protection of Brad and Tanya Zumwalt's business investments and those in their communities. We are fortunate to continue working with talented and inspiring people. Commercial property is something we like to invest so that we can house our investing companies as well as our operational companies. We also want to offer space for organizations we are passionate about. Once that's done, we will then rent out space to select clients. Zinc Creative was created to meet the visual communication requirements of the Zumwalt family of companies and some of our investment clients.
