A heart-centered coach means that I value connections, devotion, honesty, transparency, humility and compassion. Serving women who are feeling a little broken, bent or dented is my life's purpose and passion. These women have given their whole lives to others and now want to be themselves. Sistas with self-doubt and self-judgment have suffered from fear, anxiety, depression, negative life experiences, and perhaps even self-hatred.
