Yoga helped me cope with anxiety and depression. Because it changed my life, I committed myself to yoga. It was my first experience with a positive activity. I felt confident and calm. Despite the difficult poses, it didn't make me feel embarrassed or vulnerable. Through yoga, I have gained control over my own life. It is this gift that I wish to pass on to every woman who comes along for my classes. Every woman should feel confident in herself and empowered to live the best possible life.
