We prepare Indigenous people to face the 21st Century by actively encouraging good governance, identifying training needs and providing educational and capacity-building opportunities. Indigenous Leadership Development Institute Inc. (Non-Profit Organization) was established in order to develop leadership potential among Indigenous people. Our board of volunteers reflects the diverse nature of the Indigenous community and we are managed by Indigenous leaders. The board determines the training needed to create capable and successful Indigenous leaders.
