Senior Helpers offers a free initial assessment to prospective clients. This is done at their location in order to assess the client and create a care plan. A staff member, registered nurse, or social worker will perform a complete nursing assessment in order to assess the client and determine the best care plan. The caregiver match process and assessment data are used to determine which caregiver is the best for each client. The service begins on the date and time set. To ensure high quality care delivery, follow-ups are conducted right after the service has begun.
