Stephanie graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 and she has been exclusively practicing Family Law since 2007. Her passion is working closely with her clients to find the most appropriate solutions for their unique situations. It can seem overwhelming to think about family law. She offers a variety of services. Stephanie is available to help couples negotiate and draft a Prenuptial Agreement or Cohabitation Agreement before they get married. These agreements help couples determine the fate of their assets if they split. This is something that many couples want to do, especially if this is their second marriage or they cohabit later in life and have valuable assets to protect. This reduces the risk of conflict as well as legal costs in the case that the relationship ends. Stephanie's main focus is on assisting divorcing and/or separated couples. Stephanie offers legal advice regarding parenting, custody, access, division, property disposition, matrimonial home dissolution, child support, and spousal support.
