All of our programs aim to develop strength, technique and support the artistic and creative growth of each dancer. Ballet is an essential dance form that emphasizes long, strong lines and movements while maintaining poise and grace. Ballet is a dance program that focuses on maintaining proper alignment and posture throughout every movement, starting with the most fundamental and moving up to advanced jumps and turns. The conditioning program is complementary to the other dance styles. The conditioning program uses Ballet as its base and emphasizes the training of certain muscle groups in order to improve control and technique.
