Virtual psychotherapy is offered by our therapists to people throughout Ontario. Some of our therapists now offer in-person sessions in Toronto and the Ottawa Region. Ottawa Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre is an Ottawa group of social workers and psychotherapists who are experts in many areas of mental health and advocate for an integrated approach to counseling. Our goal is to build a trusting relationship with clients and work closely with them. Our Ottawa clients can receive individual, couple, and family counseling.
