Ronni had the opportunity to focus her career in law on professional discipline and labour laws. After completing an LL.M. After completing her LL.M. Ronni is a practicing lawyer in professional discipline. She sits on the Saskatchewan Police Commission as an Hearing Officer and the City of Regina Board of Revision. In addition, she serves as Practice Advisor for the Law Society of Saskatchewan and designated Professional Responsibility Counsel. Ronni, a former Law Society of Saskatchewan bencher and Chair of both the Saskatchewan Admin/Labour and Employment CBA Section and CBA National Labour & Employment Section, now spends her time volunteering as a board member of a variety of non-profit organizations with a special focus on mental health, addiction and recovery. Ronni spends her free time spending time with both her canine friend "Stevie Wonder", and Kidney Bean, his companion.
