Mike Buchinski, a Saskatoon criminal defense lawyer, is the founder of Buchinski + Co. He assists clients in Saskatchewan as well as Alberta. Mike represented his clients in Saskatchewan at every level of the court system. He has also handled complex applications and trials for clients. Buchinski + Co. was founded on Mike's love for helping others. His years of criminal defense experience have allowed him to represent clients accused of criminal offenses. Mike provides effective and professional representation defenses facing charges under the Criminal Code and Youth Criminal Justice Act. Mike graduated from the College of Law, University of Saskatchewan. Mike has been a representative of the College of Law at two national Moot Court contests and received the R. Bruce Ogilvie Memorial Scholarship to recognize his leadership, advocacy, participation in politics, and athletic activities. Mike is currently a Saskatchewan Bar member, as well as the Saskatoon Bar Association, Saskatoon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association. He was also the former Chair of the Young Lawyers North Practice Group of the Canadian Bar Association.
