Together, your counsellor and you will identify the goals that need to be addressed through counselling. Registered psychologists and clinical social workers are all certified by their respective professional associations. They are also trained in many counselling methods and have extensive experience. They include couples therapy and family therapy as well as cognitive and behavioural therapy and trauma counselling.
