Sometimes, we feel overwhelmed by the waves of our emotions. If we don't know how to manage them we can feel overwhelmed and like we are in danger of drowning. They can be a source of growth and opportunity for change if we are able to learn how they can be ridden out. Fear can lead us to make poor decisions and lose sight of our inner guidance. We don't have enough time to fully process the fear and make sense of it. This mindset can lead to unhealthy choices.
