Scott Torgerson, a chef at Red River College Winnipeg in Manitoba, received his training as a professional in the Culinary arts program. Under Master Chef Takashi Muakami, he was an apprentice. Cameron Huley, Team Canada Chef, also served in various capacities with him. Chef Torgerson is a member of both the CCFCC, and Chaine des Rotisseurs. He has won numerous awards. Aroma RestoBar celebrates the relationship between the chef and the farmer and reflects the best local ingredients. We blend a variety of culinary traditions and techniques from Canada's cultural diversity.
