The clients work in a respectful manner while keeping the protection of their children in mind. All participants are working towards a win-win outcome. The clients make the decisions without involving any third parties or going to court. Clients and professionals usually work together in order to gather information, discuss issues, and make interim plans. The team will be assembled according to the needs of participants and may include attorneys, communication coaches, child specialists, financial experts, and any other professional needed.
