Debra Arviso works as a speaker, trainer, and career counselor. Debra has assisted individuals and groups in their job search and helped them find fulfilling careers at colleges, universities, non-profit organizations, corporations, and prisons. Debra believes in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Debra is an advocate of trauma-affected populations. She is a member of the Advisory Committee for the California Career Development Association. Debra holds a MSc in Counseling from Cal State Northridge. She focuses on College Counseling as well as Student Services. Cal Poly San Luis Obispo has awarded her a BS degree in broadcast journalism. Debra has many passions, including surfing, hiking, camping and dancing. Recent adventures included hiking through the Amazon Rain Forest, Ecuador, and surfing in Costa Rica's two oceans.
