Contrary to many, I became interested in mediation very soon after graduating from law school. I was trained in mediation during my law school years. Then, I learned other types of law that interested me. To continue my education and build up my private client base, I opened an outside company and was certified as a mediator in the court. Although I love having different kinds of claims, I also enjoy the variety of landlord and tenant issues. I am a member of the California Association of Realtors mediation board and have extensive private experience. I was motivated to help others resolve their problems in the best way. While I have a legal background, my main focus is to help the individuals involved solve their problems, without any further court intervention. This often requires communication, honesty and an open mind to exploring new ideas. People don't need litigation to complicate their life or current circumstances. I encourage parties to think about this as I propose solutions. My life is my greatest asset. I work hard at what drives me but also find balance by making time for myself and doing things that bring me joy. I am inspired by this to make sure others have as many opportunities as they can for enjoyable activities and create space in their lives. This means learning new skills and improving my professional abilities. It also includes enjoying the outdoors, traveling, martial arts and hiking as well as meditation and studying consciousness. I hope to help clients get out of stressful situations and make them more happy.
