TLC Residential Homes was established in 1988. Frank Montero, our current director of operations and Harm Reduction Counselor, has advocated for Medically Assisted Therapy since 1996 in all the rehabilitation centers that he established. TLC Residential Homes has experienced district managers that travel to the treatment centers and give presentations about sober living. They also take our clients to view our homes. Our staff is committed to helping clients in recovery. There are many harm reduction programs available in the San Francisco Bay Area. This home is only for those who have recovered from drug and alcohol addiction. TLC's goal is to offer the best quality of life at affordable prices for people who are serious about their recovery. Through outreach, presentations, and participation in numerous Programs, we have been actively involved for many years with the recovery communities. The homes we offer are safe, clean, and welcoming. TLC provides clients with a platform and foundation that ensures the client's transition from the treatment center to their homes follows the principles of medically-assist therapy and harm reduction. TLC homes follow the same guidelines as other treatment centers: structure, accountability and self-discipline.
