It is the Greek revival I assisted in reviving in New Haven Ct's Dwight neighborhood. In the 1930s, it was made multi-family. It was gutted and remodeled completely. To match the original, all millwork. All trim exterior in cypress. All railings, columns and newels are made from mahogany. Both the chimney and wall between living and cooking areas were taken down. To the left and to the right, small extensions were made. The homeowners were able to enjoy a half-bath, breakfast nook and mudroom. The Marvin windows are very similar to the rest of their house. The house was matched with all moldings. The addition has a lower profile thanks to the hip roof, which covers the windows. This is the original 1925 door, which was removed. We also doing bathroom remodling. You can check our website.
