Mark A. Addington concentrates his practice on employment litigation. This includes contractual disputes, restrictive agreements (such as noncompetition or nonsolicitation restrictions, confidential information restrictions), wage and hour defense, harassment, retaliatory dismissal, disability, age and race discrimination, and gender. He also has responded to allegations of discrimination and government audits by state, federal, or local administrative agencies. He advises employers on problem prevention, termination and employee discipline, as well as employment discrimination. Mark assists his employers with internal investigations.
