Miami Dade College is the most diverse college of America. There are students hailing from 167 different countries, and they speak 63 languages. Eight colleges and outreach centres offer more than 300 degrees, including bachelor's, associate, and master's degree options. They also have career certificates, apprenticeships, and career certificates. There are baccalaureate programs in biology, nursing, educational supervision, management, data analytics and information technology. MDC was awarded numerous national top awards including the Aspen Prize. MDC is Democracy's College. The College transforms people's lives through providing high-quality, accessible education. It houses the Miami Culinary Institute, the Miami Animation & Gaming International Complex, the Miami Fashion Institute, the Eig-Watson School of Aviation, the Cybersecurity Center of the Americans, the Cloud Computing Center, the Center for Learning, Innovation and Simulation, the School for Advanced Studies, and the New World School of the Arts. The rich, diverse cultural offerings of the MDC are well-known. MDC houses the Miami Book Fair, and Miami Film Festival. The Dyer Building, Koubek Center Mansion, and Gardens are also located here. MDC Live Arts also includes Louis Wolfson I Florida Moving Image Archives. The Museum of Art and Design is also available. MDC was established in 1960 and has hosted more than 2,000,000 students.
