AllGen was founded out of a desire for all people to be served, "all generations," and from all walks of. Everybody deserves financial freedom. This is the brief version of our story. But all stories start with a beginning. AllGen began with Jason Martin and Paul Roldan, who were co-founders. Paul was raised in Brooklyn, NY, and worked tirelessly to reach his academic goals. He was awarded the Woodrow Wilson Foundation Scholarship in 1992 by Harvard. Paul was a graduate and went into the workforce to become a financial adviser. Paul believed in a profession that would help people achieve financial independence. However, he quickly realized that this industry overemphasized the selling of products and satisfying sales targets rather than providing financial education and advice. Paul also noticed that high-net-worth people were the dominant business model, but the sector did not serve those with the highest financial needs. Paul's desire to educate and listen to others led to them becoming his clients. This was in direct contradiction to what he was held responsible for. Paul followed his convictions. Paul Roldan & Associates was his first venture and he set out to offer a better level of service.
