Life Align Pilates was founded by Kendall Volkman, a STOTT PILATES (r) instructor. We are here to help you align your body and your life, whether you have a chronic condition or recently finished physical therapy. Our classes include weekly private and group sessions using Matwork, Halo(r), Trainers, Stability chairs(tm), Reformers.
