Our primary focus is on companies that offer service, management and solutions for commercial properties in the U.S. We have deep connections and operational expertise which allows us to give greater insight to portfolio companies. We also have extensive deal experience and strong interest in other industries such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution and building products. We provide assistance to portfolio companies in many areas, including acquisition searches, due diligence and integration of technology. We grew up in facility services and have a strong desire to help entrepreneurs as well as management teams. Our team is not passive investors and we aren't a part of the Board of Directors. We are able to understand how the enterprise works, what culture means for employees and the key elements that make it successful.
