W. Anthony Aguinaldo, the founder of the firm, brings with him a wealth of experience in Civil/Contract Litigation and Employment Law. He has litigated a number of complex cases, including labor and employment disputes. These include wrongful terminations, discrimination based on age, harassment and business disputes. Aguinaldo is a highly respected trial lawyer who has represented many high-profile cases. He is a UCLA School of Law graduate and has held the prestigious post of one of the three attorneys in the public sector appointed to supervise the Statewide Labor Union negotiation and arbitration. In addition, he served as the Chairman and Advisor for the Litigation Evaluation Committee that assesses and formulates strategies in major lawsuits involving City and County Honolulu.
