My practice is now exclusively virtual. Many of us had to adapt to greater virtual interaction during the COVID-19 crisis. This has opened up new possibilities. My practice has been around for 21 years. I spent 14 of those years with Dr. Alfred Barrow in a group setting, and 7 as an individual practitioner. It was always a pleasure to be able to share Christian beliefs and values with clients. Although I was not raised in the Church, I am somewhat skeptical about organized religion. Therefore, although I respect people who seek therapy, they should not be forced to follow religious rules. You can trust me to respect your goals and to give you the best possible therapy experience. In reflecting on my own life, it seems that a common theme has been the "seeker" of truth. Psychology seemed like the best path to find truth and insight early on. With many life experiences and educations, I discovered that the spiritual aspect has played a major role in who I am today.
