Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are late cancellations, and will be charged 25% of services booked. If you don't call and do not show up, we will charge 50% of the services booked. The card will be charged for cancellations and fees for no-call or no-show. The client cannot book future appointments if the card is declined. The grace period for clients is 10 minutes. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Bikini service is only available to those 18 years and older. The suite is not suitable for children. If I cancel my appointment due to illness, bad weather or other reasons, it will be scheduled as quickly as possible. The services are not refundable. Booking confirms your agreement to the policies.
