The electricity in my kitchen went out last night and I called Paul this morning to come to take a look. After describing the problem to him, he asked me to send him pictures of our circuit breaker and quickly acknowledged receipt via text. He assured me that he'd get someone out today to take a look and shared a pricing estimate with me upfront. He texted me this afternoon saying he had an opening and showed up 15 minutes later, right on time. He got straight to work diagnosing the issue with our electrical panel and promptly replaced one of the breakers and fixed a loose connection on another. Everything was completed and tested within an hour including a root cause diagnosis (faulty LED light that caused the issue). As a bonus, he was very personable and entertained our two young kids. Overall it was a great experience at a very reasonable price. Responsive, professional, on-time, and affordable -- all in all a great experience! I'll keep his number handy for any future work.
