Mayra E. Lorenzo MD Ph.D., is a Harvard Medical School dermatologist who has been board certified. She also serves as a Clinical Instructor in Dermatology. Princeton University was the university where Dr. Lorenzo earned her undergraduate degree. She then received a doctorate in virology from Princeton University, cum laude. Her medical degree was obtained at Harvard Medical School. Her internship in internal medicine was at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She also completed her dermatology residency at UMass Memorial, Medical Center. Both peer-reviewed, as well as non-peer-reviewed articles, have been co-authored by Dr. Lorenzo. Dr. Lorenzo has been invited to give talks to healthcare professionals as well as community members. In addition to general dermatology, Dr. Lorenzo is also interested in skin cancer surgery and infectious diseases.
