Dwight Rudd Insurance was founded in 1949. It is a boutique, independent insurance agency that specializes in meeting the needs of successful families and businesses. Philip Ladd, who purchased the agency from his father in 1986, has almost tenfold grown the company since then. In January 2016, Philip appointed Randy Schneider and Barbara Targum as Managing Partners. They will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations. Philip was also named Chairman. This allowed him to concentrate on his clients and develop Barbara and Randy in order for them ultimately to own the company. We are able to service clients across all 50 states. This makes us particularly well-suited for addressing specific risk management requirements of highly successful families and individuals, as well as businesses.
