Christian Hurttienne architects, an architecture firm is at the heart of our company. Chris and Brian have worked together as architects for over 30 years in Detroit. They are well-respected for their competence and high quality work. Brian, who has lived and worked in Detroit for more than 30 years in several firms as well as as an individual proprietor, has seen many different projects both as an architect and as a developer. Chris is an architect's arhitect. He has a keen design eye, is proficient at documentation and has a structured approach to his work. His construction experience and management knowledge are complemented by financial acumen. Their shared aesthetic values and priorities drive every building and project they design. Christian Hurttienne Construction is our construction company. Chris leads a team that achieves the goals. We have completed construction on the Bagley 10 condominiums in Corktown. Now we plan to expand our investment portfolio and be involved with multiple projects at once. Following the completion of the Bagley 10, new projects will begin in North Corktown in 2023. Our existing expertise will be combined with a new approach for each building's construction. The aggregate construction teams will use the architecture firm's knowledge and software to optimize efficiency and translate a precise physical interpretation of every building's design.
