SolRae Wellness is a place where passion and expertise meet in an oasis of holistic well-being curated by certified health coach Jessica and licensed esthetician Tricia. Tricia began her journey as an esthetician at a spa clinic, where she focused on advanced skin care treatments. A realization led her to a transition from clinical esthetics towards holistic esthetics. She was motivated by the desire to incorporate mindfulness, nutrition and natural skincare. She studied holistic skin care certifications and explored the connection between mind, body, spirit, in skincare. Jessica has a background of Family Studies and psychology. She found her passion after struggling with chronic health problems. Her transformational experience inspired her to pursue a certification as a Functional Medicine Health coach. SolRae Wellness's goal is to offer holistic health coaching in collaboration with Tricia. SolRae Wellness' establishment was a remarkable adventure, filled with challenges and victories. Tricia and Jessica, a mother-daughter duo, have made their dream of creating a place that radiates serenity a reality. SolRae wellness is a place to nourish the mind, body and skin.
