We are dedicated to assisting disabled individuals and their families in their pursuit of Social Security, Veterans, and Private Disability Benefits. We have personally appeared with hundreds of clients at their Social Security and VA Disability Hearings throughout the United States. Most people think of Social Security as a program for retirees. In fact, the Social Security Administration has a substantial program of benefits for disabled individuals. When an adult cannot work due to an injury and/or medical condition, she/he may be eligible for financial benefits under the SSDI and/or SSI programs provided through the Social Security Act. There are also provisions for children who have severe limitations.
