DANCEFIX, a dance fitness class for adults, features Heather's original choreography and that of HBDC instructors. The choreography, which includes hip-hop, jazz, Latin, and lyrical dances, is fun and fresh for newcomers and experienced dancers alike. The hour-long classes consist of 10 increasing cardio dances, a warmup, and a tone session. Students learn new dance choreography each week while working on nine other dances. DANCEFIX's mission is to promote health and happiness through dancing, as well as a connection with self and others.
