Curt was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. He earned his B.A. Curt grew up in Northeast Ohio and earned his B.A. Capital University Law School, 1986. Since 1987, he has practiced law and is currently the Senior Partner of Sybert, Rhoad, Lackey & Swisher, LLC in Powell, Ohio. Curt is a lawyer who has successfully represented injured people in Ohio for over 30 years. He has handled more than 3,000 cases. Curt was a member of The Supreme Court Board on Unauthorized Law Practice and is currently a member of The Ohio State University - Marion's Board of Trustees.
