Since its opening in 1896, the Mary Galloway home - a Nonprofit foundation - has been a place for women with financial need to retire. Mary Galloway Home Board of Directors decided to make the Mary Galloway Home a grant-making organization so that more people can enjoy its benefits. Mary Galloway Home Foundation invests in programs and organizations that address financial and other needs for women aged 55 and over in the Mid-South. A grant will be granted for one year in order to finance a program or project, whether it is new or continuing. Each grant application will be evaluated by the Mary Galloway Home Foundation according to how it fulfills the Foundation's mission statement. Our ongoing goal is "protection and comfort in a dignified and harmonious setting for retired women with financial need" which was established over one hundred years ago.
