Triche Immigration Appeals is solely owned by Dr. Alicia Triche. Her extensive practical and academic experience is relevant to appeals in immigration. Over her long career, Dr. Triche provided legal writing services for clients as well as legal organisations and colleagues. Over 600 briefs have been written for various parties in the United States, such as Luke Abrusley Law, LLC, Oakdale, Louisiana, Siskind Suesser, Memphis, Tennessee, Keller and Heckman, Washington, DC, and the Office of the Public Defender, Baltimore, Maryland. She also has extensive practical experience. Dr. Triche has two advanced degrees in legal research as well as international refugee law. She received her Doctor of Philosophy in Law from Oxford University's College of Lady Margaret in September 2013. The title of her doctoral thesis was "International Refugee Law and National Security." In 2003, she received the Fulbright Scholarship to receive the Master of Studies for Legal Research. Recently, Dr. Triche was appointed chief editor for The Green Card. This is the Federal Bar Association's official immigration newsletter. Dr. Triche also teaches undergraduates immigration law at the University of Memphis. As a Maryland Bar member, Dr. Triche can practice immigration law in the United States. She was graduated from George Washington University's law school. Dr. Triche is currently admitted to both the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals. In Memphis since 2012, Dr. Triche managed a successful private immigration law practice that focuses on family-based immigration and asylum cases. Actively involved in the Federal Bar Association's Immigration Law Section governing body, she has also taught many continuing legal education sessions with other attorneys and US immigration judges.
