Janice is a veteran in Human Resources with over 30 years' experience. She has been able to successfully manage any HR storm. After starting her career at Hyatt Hotels, South Carolina, Janice was then promoted to Virginia, where she spent 10 years as a leader in union and non-union settings. For more than 13 years, she was Bally Total Fitness' Senior Director of Human Resources. She had responsibility for providing human resources services to 90 clubs in six states and a total of 5,000 employees. For six years, she was head of Human Resources for two Ecolab Manufacturing business units. She also worked as a non-profit worker, helping to support a cause that she cares about, education for at-risk, low-income children. She is skilled in both strategic and tactical aspects of HR, from starting the HR function at the bottom to creating and executing the Strategic HR Business Plan.
