Our Property Manager, Thea Gamble is licensed as a Real Estate Agent. She has been managing properties for over 20 years. Mountain Property Management LLC was founded by Thea in April 2012. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio to manage nearly 500 tenants per month. Our services include the representation and management of professional office spaces, commercial office buildings, warehouses, offices, condominium-owner associations, investment properties, and vacation rentals in Texas and New Mexico.
