She has extensive experience in family and business-based immigration as well as consular processing and employer sanctions/worksite enforcements. Her expertise also includes citizenship and naturalization. Waivers are available. Her clients include large multinational corporations, international manufacturing companies and construction companies. She also has transportation companies. She has clients from Europe, Africa and Asia as well as Latin America. Ms. Visconti graduated from Wellesley College as well as St. Mary's Law School. Ms. Visconti is a member of El Paso Bar Association and Texas State Bar. Fluent in English and Spanish as well as French, Spanish, French, and Italian. Ms. Visconti speaks frequently to business and professional groups about immigration law. As the liaison for local AILA lawyers, US Citizen and Immigration Services and US Customs Border Protection, she also acts as an AILA local representative. She has previously served as the national coordinator for USCIS International Operations and, more recently, on the Department of State National Committee of AILA.
