Claudia, originally from Mexico is an architect licensed in Mexico. But she has lived in America since 1999. A Master of Arts from the University of Kingsville in Texas, and Master of Architecture and Graduate Certificates in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Ms. Padilla has extensive experience in commercial and industrial projects, urban & regional planning, public art, exhibit design, and other related tasks. Her consulting business, Building Code & Land Development is another strong branch. International Code Council (ICC) has certified her as a Building Code Specialist, Certified Building Official and Building Inspector (residential &commercial), Building Plans Reviewer and Permit Specialist. She's currently studying for the NCARB ARE in order to get the U.S. While continuing to produce visual arts and designs, she is currently pursuing her Architect License and LEED Certification.
