She has a license as an esthetician and is certified to perform oncology treatments. Her work involves working with sensitive or compromised skin, while preserving its natural healing ability. She gives facials that are nourishing, and they hydrate your skin. They also connect your entire system and allow it to release and relax. She uses her oils to treat facials, breast health, and body hydration. This encourages self-care in every aspect. In addition to being a Certified Reiki Practitioner, she also incorporates Reiki into her treatments for overall wellness. She is also a Prana Shakti Dance instructor. This brings her back into the body by moving, and removing what doesn't serve us. She's a writer, gardener and hiker. A grounding specialist. And a meditation facilitator.
