Born and raised in Seattle. I earned my PhD in Counseling Psychology at the University of North Dakota. It was a pleasure to return home for my internship in the University of Washington's counseling centre. Although I have worked with many clients, all age groups and identities are welcome, my specialties tend to be more relevant for women, like eating disorders and sexual trauma. No matter who my client may be, the common themes I work with are personal values and assertiveness, boundary setting, humor, and meaning throughout our lives.
