Jennifer Rough is a psychologist licensed to work with adults and adolescents. She is a licensed clinical psychologist who practices evidence-based methods, drawing on her experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her approach is person-centered and tailored to the needs of each client. Her goal is to assist people in embracing their difficulties with compassion, awareness and to encourage them to live a life of value and personal growth. Dr. Rough received her doctorate from the University of Vermont in Clinical Psychology. Rough completed her internship and fellowship at VA Puget Sound Health Care System. This facility assists Veterans suffering from PTSD and chronic illnesses. Dr. Dr. Rough offers specialized services in the treatment of seasonal affective disorder, winter depression and sleep disturbance. Her extensive clinical and research experience in SAD, chronobiology (24-hour clock) and SAD has been complemented by her training as a clinician.
