My name is Sara Eagan PhD. Summit Psychology was founded by me. Based in Seattle, Washington, I am a licensed psychologist. My clinical work is a passion of mine and I love helping people make positive changes in their lives. It is an honor for me to have been a part this journey. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I returned to the area after spending several years living in San Francisco Bay Area. I did my internship there and completed my postdoctoral fellowship. If I am not at work, you will find me outside with my dog and husband. My passions include animals, hiking, trail running, backcountry skiing and backpacking. It is a passion of mine to travel, read and learn. Physical activity, relaxation, fun, connection with others, growth, compassion and social interaction are essential elements to maintaining good mental health. I try my best to live by what I preach.
