Emmilia has had a passion for holistic nutrition for more than 10 years. In April 2008, Emmilia began her holistic nutrition journey. She took small steps to improve her health. This included eating apples instead of french fries and walking rather than staring at screens. It also helped her find emotional well-being by focusing on the present moment.
