After the initial design has been reviewed by the client and modified to suit their needs, we add all necessary details to the plans in order to allow the client to obtain a precise construction cost estimate from the contractor. The plans include the floor plan, foundation plans, exterior elevations and any other construction details. Dimensions, door and window sizes as well as ceiling styles and fixtures are all included.
