Brian is a professional coach who has been trained in motivational interviewing and guided reflection. His strengths-based, client-centered approach and vision will allow you to realize your goals, take action, and live more easily. Brian is a curiosity-based and open listener who allows clients the space to discover what they are looking for, whenever they need it. Learning is the key to sustainable change. Brian believes that all of his clients, including you, are creative and resourceful. He also believes in the power of learning. Coaching does not mean "fixing" something. Coaching is not about fixing anything. Your role is to take action and learn, while the coach is responsible for facilitating the actions and deepening the learning. Permanent change is only possible through the continuous cycle of learning and action. Practice makes permanent. Brian continues to learn and grow. He is currently studying the science and practice of mindfulness, as well as coaching people to overcome limiting beliefs and create a life that fulfills their purpose.
