Anderson Home Inspection was his first professional inspection. He began it in January 1995. In the years since, he's inspected more than 15,000 Wisconsin homes. He is a member of both the American Society of Home Inspectors and the National Assoc. certified home inspectors as well as the WI Assoc. home inspectors Between 1996 and 2009, he served as Education Chairman of the Milwaukee Chapter of Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors. His Real Estate license was granted in the late 1980s. Donn is a coauthor of the Wisconsin Jurisprudence Exam for Licensing Home Inspectors. He is licensed to inspect the WI State UDC Building, and as an FHA 203k consultant. He also holds certification as a residential measurement provider by NEHA–NRPP, in order to test for Radon.
